  Guarantee & Returns Policy  
  We want you to be fully satisfied with your shopping. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days (since the date of reception).  
  Following conditions must be met:  
  1. The item is unused (except products that have been examinated for fit)  
  2. The item must be any fragrance free.  
  3. The product is returned in its original packing and the packing is not damaged.  
  4. The product is shipped back to us within 14 days since receipt day  
  5. The original sales receipt or invoice is enclosed.  
  6. In case of delivery of damaged items the Claim Record is required.  
  Post charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty (Claim Record required) or not what you ordered.

All items are fully inspected before shipping. Each item is carefully packed with pet bag and carton box. Very good protection against shipping conditions.

Please check all items if the package is damaged. Fill the Claim Record in presence of Post Representative in case of damage of items you ordered. On the basis of Claim Report confirmed by your post service you will be refunded with a total amount (including post charge). Enclose the Claim Record to return package.


All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and also for the reshipment of the exchange.

In case we received items that do not meet return conditions you wont be refunded and the returned products wont be shipped back untill additional post fee is done.

If delivered items are faulty (Claim Record required) or not what you ordered you will be refunded with total ammount and any additional charges is required.


In case of payment with a CARD the refund wil be done to CARD holder account.
